Robin, Group Manager Service, explains the processes in Technical Service:

“We are part of the overall performance that Erbe offers. Customers do not simply buy a device, they also purchase reliable support throughout the entire product life cycle and beyond. That is why we are always there when you need us. We make sure that no instrument or device has to be with us for longer than necessary. So that the customer can work with it again as quickly as possible. Physicians do not want to keep their patients waiting. Nor do we.”
