Transbronchial cryobiopsy with rigid intubation for ILD diagnosis using flexible single-use cryoprobe and ERBECRYO® 2

To diagnose ILD, the flexible single-use cryoprobe with 1.7 mm was advanced into the periphery until the pleura and pulled back for 1cm. Fluoroscopy control was used for the positioning. After freezing for 5 seconds, the bronchoscope with the cryoprobe and the attached biopsy was removed.
