Bronchoscopic Deobstruction of Endobronchial Tumor by Electrosurgical Snaring and Cryoextraction

This video showcases bronchoscopic deobstruction of a polypoid vascular tumor that completely occluded the left main bronchus, performed by Dr. Viswesvaran Balasubramanian at Yashoda Hospitals, Hyderabad. Under rigid bronchoscopy, electrosurgical snaring with VIO^® 3 (endoCUT^® mode) is followed by cryoextraction using ERBECRYO^® 2 with a flexible 1,7mm single-use cryoprobe. Various imaging techniques – white light, linked color, and blue light – enhance visualization. At the end of the procedure, cryo-devitalization is performed at the tumor base, resulting in successful recanalization.
