1. Dissection of the Fallopian tube from the uterus
2. Ovary dissection close to the uterus
3. Dividing of the round ligament; opening of the broad ligament
4. Dividing of the anterior leaf of the broad ligament
5. Dissection of the bladder peritoneum
6. Skeletonizing of uterine vessels
7. The coagulation and cutting of the uterine vessels
8. The opening of the vagina
9. The removal of the uterus through the vaginal canal
10. The coagulation and dissection of the ovarian vessels
11. The closing of the vaginal cuff with 4 laparoscopic button sutures
