A patient with an LST mixed type tumor in the cecum is treated endoscopically with the HYBRIDknife® flex. For circumferential mucosal incision, she uses the VIO® 3 endoCUT® I mode with alternating needle-free waterjet injection.
The VIO® 3 preciseSECT or swiftCOAG® mode is used for submucosal dissection.
With the high-pressure waterjet injection of the ERBEJET® 2, it is even possible to separate tissue over folds or in the case of submucosal fibrosis. In addition, the spatial cushion ensures a clear view of the surgical site.
