The video demonstrates an endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) in the esophagus with HybridKnife® O-type,VIO® 3 and ERBEJET® 2.
The endoscopist performs lateral j-shaped incisions followed by a c-shaped incision on the proximal side of the lesion. Two tissue bridges between the incisions keep the lesion in place.
After submucosal tunneling follows the dissection of the two tissue bridges to finalize the procedure.
