Total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH) for adenomyosis with BiClamp® LAP forceps and LAP BiSect Micro



Adenomyosis represents a disorder affecting more young women than previously suspected. As endometrial glands and stroma appear in the myometrium, the enlarged uterus can cause symptoms such as dysmenorrhea, infertility and pain. A negative effect on the patient´s life quality is frequently observed.
Among different treatment options, total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH) with bilateral salpingectomy can be chosen. In the following video Assoc. Prof. Amphan Chalermchockcharoenkit presents this procedure in a 38 years old women.
