A partial muscle layer resection must also be carried out due to serious fibrosis.
The multi-functional HybridKnife combines both techniques, waterjet surgery and electrosurgery (ENDO CUT® Q), in a single instrument. No change of instrument is required to carry out the four working steps: marking, waterjet elevation, incision/dissection and coagulation. The R0 resection of this adenoma with low grade dysplasia was confirmed in the pathological report.
